Rose has been working in education for 35 years, both as a teacher and a senior leader, in state secondary schools. Since 1982, she has worked in many different educational settings: grammar, comprehensive and upper schools, a Pupil Referral Unit, a College of Further Education, with a Teaching Alliance and at Bucks County Council.
