Paul Roberts
HR and Payroll Officer
Paul joined Great Learners Trust in June 2026. In his role as HR and Payroll Officer, Paul’s focus is on bringing improved efficiency, effectiveness and clarity to the Trust’s key HR and Payroll systems and processes, linking HR and finance functions and working closely with school and other Trust colleagues. Paul has worked extensively in Employment and Education policy and operations projects, in a broad range of disciplines, during his former 38 year Civil Service career in Westminster. More recently, he has been providing business management services (including finance, payroll and operational logistics) for a small, local, private enterprise, delivering elderly care services to clients in their own homes.
