Nick Phillips

Nick is a seasoned Board Director (NED; Corporate & NFP), Advisory Board Chair, and Corporate Development Advisor/Mentor with 30+ years industry experience. His deep generalist expertise spans a wide range of industries including financial services and insurance, professional services, education, retail, hospitality and entrepreneurial ventures; in Australia, Asia, and the UK.

Nick's career has centered on strategy-planning-execution, business transformation and corporate development, with a focus on enterprises undergoing a strategic growth or transformation agenda. He has honed his skills through in-house strategy and strategy consulting experiences in senior management/leadership roles in a number of well-respected organisations.

With two daughters, Nick has always taken a strong interest in primary and secondary education, and has served in a number of different Governor and Chair roles across a number of school and educational establishments. These experiences he hopes will provide relevant and considered insights and guidance for the ongoing growth and success of the GLT.

Nick holds an MBA and a BSc, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
