Susan Webster has over 25 years as a global Human Resources Director. She was responsible for 5,000+ staff worldwide in a large Media market research software company. She designed and implemented the People Strategy, along with the Senior Leadership team & assistance of global HR. In addition, she oversaw Employee Engagement, culture change, Talent development and acquisitions & merger activities.
Susan has experience in HR both in the retail sector and TfL. During this time, she gained 6 years experience with a Buckinghamshire wide charity as a Non Exec Director and was a school Governor whilst working at Mothercare HQ in Watford.
She lives with her husband & 2 cats in a rural area of Buckinghamshire, enjoys yoga & visiting sunny climates!
